END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. LICENSE

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use XHUNT on devices you own or control.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app

• Attempt to extract the app’s source code

• Use the app in any unlawful or unauthorized manner

3. UPDATES

We may deploy updates automatically. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

4. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

XHUNT contains affiliate links, including those from the Amazon Associates Program.

• As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

• When you click on affiliate links within the app and make a purchase, XHUNT may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

• This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and applicable laws requiring transparency of affiliate relationships.

5. ANDROID GOOGLE PLAY COMPLIANCE

In accordance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement:

• All payments use Google Billing

• We provide a valid contact email and support channel

• We disclose all data use and request permissions transparently in the app listing

6. APPLE IOS COMPLIANCE

Per Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines:

• We offer a functioning “Restore Purchases” button for iOS

• We do not request unnecessary permissions

• Subscription terms are displayed clearly and can be managed in iOS settings
